My work

Bringing together psychology, embodiment, and contemplative practice.

My work is grounded in contemporary psychology and enriched by years of meditation, somatic inquiry, and long-term depth work. I support adults navigating grief, trauma, complex family systems, and the deeper questions of belonging and purpose.

My approach is warm, thoughtful and relational — a blend of psychological understanding and an attuned, embodied presence. I’m interested in what helps people come home to themselves, meet their suffering with honesty, and reconnect with inner steadiness and truth.

My story and background

A life shaped by inquiry, practice and healing.

My path into this work began with a quiet sense that there was something beneath the surface of experience — a feeling of listening for something deeper. Over the years, this grew into a steady lifelong commitment to healing, insight, and inner growth. I’ve trained and worked across:

  • relational and depth-oriented psychotherapy

  • somatic practices and embodiment

  • zen & insight meditation traditions

  • long-term psychoanalytic and trauma-informed work

I’m currently undertaking a four-year Dharma Teacher Pathway through Insight Meditation Institute, under the mentorship of Subhana Barzaghi — a deepening of both practice and service.

These threads weave together in my work: psychological depth, embodied presence, contemplative understanding, and a real respect for the complexity of being human.

How I work

I aim to create an environment that is both steady and spacious — where your experience is met with respect, clarity, and genuine warmth.
