Practice is something we grow into together

Whether you're new to meditation or looking to deepen an established practice, my courses offer a welcoming space to explore the meeting point of mindfulness and compassion.

Three people engaged in a moment of prayer or reflection in a cozy, well-lit room, with one woman placing her hand over her heart and the others with hands on their stomachs or chest.

An embodied way of learning, through shared practice

Grounded in the Insight Meditation tradition and informed by contemporary psychotherapy, each course combines guided meditation, Dharma teachings, reflection and inquiry to support lasting change in everyday life.

Four foundations of mindfulness course

Over six consecutive Mondays
Starting January 25, 2027.

The course offer will offer a guided introduction to one of the Buddha’s most direct and transformative teachings on meditation: the Four Foundations of Mindfulness, drawn from the Satipatthana Sutta.

You are encouraged to enrol and commit to the entire course.

Each week we will explore a different field of practice —body, feeling tone, and mind—before opening into the wider field of practice, integrating these teachings into everyday life. The final session will provide space for reflection, integration, and questions, allowing the learning to settle more deeply.

Look forward to seeing you on the cushion!
